human metamorphosis – via the independent
Metamorphosis, that is what is upon us. My cards for last week could not be more indicative of the upcoming energy blast. If you paid attention, the Metamorphosis card did show up, in reversed position; showing me our resistance to the pending changes. I have to be honest, I have felt fear in my gut since last year when I looked at these aspects knowing that something huge was about to happen, possibly catastrophic, life changing and painful- but is it on a personal level or a global scale? Of course it is global, but it is also personal.
Now I want to point out that FEAR is an acronym for False Evidence Appearing Real. However, FEAR also keeps us safe in emergency situations; it is a signal to our bodies to run, hide and protect ourselves and our loved ones. Could the fear monger of Black Lilith be raining fear on us in a false light? Either way, I am not a fan of change; I like things to remain as they are and I become very pained when my life changes in big ways. I like the safety and security of knowing that I have stability – and a moderate amount of routine to keep me organized. I am also not a fan of chaos and change of my routine is chaotic to me. Sounds boring, I know, but I am talking about the basics in life, employment for a means of financial stability, my home and family as a source of stability and rest and my friendships for a supportive foundation; everything else can be up in the air and adventurous, but I need my basics to remain in tact. That is a predominant trait of my Cancer Rising.
Change is coming, it is the one thing in life that is a constant regardless of our resistance. Sometimes changes are swift and abrupt, some occur ever so slightly over periods of time that we hardly even notice them until we look back in hind sight and can account and measure the subtleties; similar to aging. We don’t notice we are aging until we look back at photos of our youth and say What The F**k happened to my face! I cannot predict how quickly this Eclipse will hit us; will it be devastating or gentle? I do not know and only time will tell. What I do feel is that when looking at this chart at the exact moment of apex on a scientific level is the Moon will be in Aquarius at 4 degrees in the 2nd House. The 2nd 
House rules our money, our values, our possessions. It is the way we draw money to us or repel it. It symbolizes how we spend or save our money. What type of possessions and material goods are important to us, if those types of “things” are important to us. Our values on ownership are also shown. If you know your birth chart, then take a look at what lives in your second house and what Sign rules that House. It could shine some light on the effects of this event. Regardless, it will effect all of those aspects for everyone and the world. What I also “see”, is that the Mars Retrograde is conjuncting the Lunar Eclipse; adding fuel to the fire, so to speak. You may also notice Pluto (transformation and change) is snugging a little too closely to all of this.
I hate being pessimistic or the bearer or gloom and doom, so I will now look at the opposing energies – The Sun and North Node in Leo, although in the 8th House of change, transformation, death, sex and rock n roll, other people’s money, taxes and debts; government and banking institutions. On the positive side, the 8th House is that of Rebirth, Magic and the Underworld. The Phoenix that rises up from the ashes lives in this House! The North Node shows us where our luck and destiny are and what life path we need to take. So I am seeing some light being shone for all of us in the fact that our paths could be lit up after this event; luck and destiny shining the way for us almost like the proverbial Yellow Brick Road pointing us in the direction where we are meant to be and where we belong (energy of Aquarius). Uranus, the ruler of Aquarius, is Squaring both the Sun and the Moon, in Taurus; another indication that our pleasures and values are about to receive a 
change. Taurus is how we manifest our desires and take in the pleasures of life. Maybe we just need to treat ourselves better and this Lunar Eclipse is going to give us the push to do so? Leo makes me think of Kings and Rulers; could this be politically connected?
My best advice- Stay positive, stay hopeful, love and be at peace. Do not run around in a frenzy of worry. Enjoy what you have right in this moment and be present, be grateful and appreciative of every single moment of the right now. Lay back and float.
